Contracts

Contracts are available for Consultancy, Contingency & Retained services. When you partner with us, a percentage of our fee will be donated to Dress for Success.

Meet Solange...

Solange is a People Resources professional with over twenty years of responsible progressive experience in Human Resource management in the public and private sectors. Solange was responsible for implementing human resource management strategies that enable her clients to recruit, train and retain a high performing work force. Solange specializes in talent management, staffing, learning and development, company reorgs after mergers and acquisition, budget forecasting and employee relations. In every People Services role Solange provided strategic business partnering to the senior leadership executive team and elevated the HR offering to match company mission, vision and values. As a recruiter Solange understands the importance of finding the right fit and thoroughly enjoys connecting to candidates on a deeper level. Solange has her Masters in Communications and a degree in psychology. In her spare time Solange enjoys attending monthly book club sessions, Alvin Ailey Dance classes , thrift shopping, international travel and the theatre. She can also make a mean Moscow Mule.

Meet Terri...

Terri has spent her career building genuine, long-standing relationships with standout talent. She’s partnered with clients across industries like sports, entertainment, CPG, hospitality, online media, advertising, SAAS, and fashion — always with a sharp eye for matching the right people with the right opportunities.

With a background working closely with top-tier HR and leadership teams, Terri brings a well-rounded, strategic approach to staffing. She’s known for earning trust on both sides of the table and making placements that stick — because they make sense for the people and the business.

Terri has also rolled up her sleeves as an on-site consultant at WPP’s MediaCom and G/O Media, recruiting for brands like Richemont, Sony PlayStation, Bayer, Revlon, The Onion, The Root, and The A.V. Club — from mid-level talent to senior leadership.

She holds a degree in Business & Economics, and when she’s not connecting great people to great work, she’s probably deep in a food rabbit hole, checking out modern art and design, laughing at something clever, or finding the perfect playlist for the moment.
